We actively seek the unusual to the unexpected properties as development opportunities, primarily throughout Southern England and the Home Counties to create high quality homes capable of being formed from large historic and heritage buildings. From small scale sites of less than 5 units to larger medium sized schemes of around 50 units.

Our eyes will be opened by a challenge and for the right property we will consider all parts of the Country.

Our team have a detailed knowledge of the planning process and are able to quickly identify viable development opportunities as they are presented to us, with and without planning consent. We have considerable expertise in resolving challenging architectural and planning issues to create new homes from a heritage property.

We seek to deliver exemplary high quality homes in a classic setting.
